Every Singapore company must have a registered office address. It is where ACRA and others send official notices, and where the company keeps its registers. We provide an address that meets ACRA’s rules, receive and forward statutory mail, and file the changes if you move.

ACRA’s rules
| Requirement | What ACRA says |
|---|---|
| Location | Must be a Singapore address |
| Public access | Open and accessible to the public during normal business hours on each business day |
| Opening hours | Open to the public for at least three hours on each business day |
| Penalty | Non-compliance may lead to a fine of up to $5,000 |
| Business activity | Does not have to be where you run your business |
| Purpose | The address for official communications, and where company records and registers are kept |
| Changing it | Notify ACRA within 14 days of the change, on Bizfile, free and immediate |
ACRA’s page does not say whether a residential or virtual office can serve as the registered office, so we do not make that claim. We confirm the address we provide meets the access rules before we offer it.
What our service covers
- A registered office address in Singapore for the company
- Receiving statutory mail addressed to the company, and forwarding it to you
- Keeping the company’s registers at the registered office where that is your arrangement
- Filing the change of address with ACRA when you move or switch providers
Who this suits
- Companies run from home or overseas that need a compliant Singapore address
- Companies whose directors are mostly abroad and need someone to receive notices
- Companies changing address and wanting the ACRA update handled
Example (illustration only)
ABC Pte Ltd operates from a shared kitchen with no staffed front desk. We provide a registered office address that is open during business hours, forward an IRAS letter the day we receive it, and when the kitchen later moves, file the new operating address separately from the registered office.
Changing your registered office
You or a CSP log in to Bizfile through Corppass, open the entity information, choose “Office address”, enter the new address and effective date, and confirm. ACRA lists the fee as free and the processing as immediate. The filing is due within 14 days of the change. Foreign companies have 30 days.
