1. Cloud Accounting Services (we can assist you to prepare Financial Statements and XBRL)

Our accountants use professional cloud-based accounting systems to manage your business transactions and provide monthly financial statements.

The financial statements include the balance sheet, profit or loss and cash flow statements. The above is part of our monthly accounting service package.

Our accountants provide efficient data entry services, and these are reviewed by Accountants to ensure the business transactions are entered in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore Income Tax Act.

Experienced accountants are assigned to handle to you and will assist you in handling the day-to-day accounting matters for start to completion.

A fixed monthly fee is agreed based on the average number of transactions and the type of accounting expertise required to complete the task.

In Singapore, all companies must maintain adequate accounting records and documentation to meet the requirements of ACRA and IRAS.

We can disburse monthly salary to individual employees via checks or Interbank GIRO.

4. Tax Services (Company, Personal & GST – IRAS)

Our tax team are registered tax advisors of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP)

They have many commercial years of experiences in providing tax advice on income, expenses, capital allowance, deductions, personal reliefs, tax residency, revised tax rules, exemptions and incentive schemes for Singapore companies.

All companies are required to file Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) with IRAS within three (3) months from the end of its accounting period.

All companies (except for dormant companies) have to submit annual tax returns (filing Form C or Form C-S) to IRAS before 30 November.
